Accomplished researcher with experience in testing carbon-based moderators used for next generation nuclear reactors. Capabilities include ion beam irradiation, pressurized high temperature molten salt exposures, and molten salt thermal convection loops with extensive training in transmission electron microscopy and associated techniques. These skills have been developed over years of partnerships with the private and public nuclear research agencies in the United States.
