Cody Falconer completed his bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno where he worked on in-situ micromechanical testing of nano-laminate composites. He is now in the 3rd year of his Ph.D. program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where his research is focused on structural materials corrosion in molten fluoride salts for generation IV molten salt nuclear reactor concepts.
