- <p>Graduate student at OSU. 1st year Ph.D. student in the materials science program at MIME.</p><p>GRA position at the Nuclear Science and Engineering Department at OSU. Working with Assistant professor Tianyi Chen at the School of Nuclear Science and Engineering as a research assistant for micromechanical testing and microstructure characterization of novel materials for future nuclear technologies. </p><p>Interests in scientific research specialized in surface and nanomaterial characterization with SEM and XPS techniques. Advanced interpretation of XPS spectra, and morphology analysis with SEM/EDS. </p><p>Recent experience with FIB milling for microcantilever fabrication and bending test with nanoindentation for micromechanical testing characterization. </p><p>Synthesis of nanomaterials by physical and chemical methods, deposition of thin films by pulsed laser deposition techniques, electron beam evaporation, and magnetron sputtering.</p>
